حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَنْبَسَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ يَتَقَارَبُ الزَّمَانُ وَيَنْقُصُ الْعِلْمُ وَتَظْهَرُ الْفِتَنُ وَيُلْقَى الشُّحُّ وَيَكْثُرُ الْهَرْجُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيَّةُ هُوَ قَالَ ‏"‏ الْقَتْلُ الْقَتْلُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, সময় ছোট হয়ে আসবে, দীনি জ্ঞান হ্রাস পাবে, ফিতনা প্রকাশ পাবে, কৃপণতা মানুষের অন্তর দখল করবে, হারাজ বেড়ে যাবে। জিজ্ঞেস করা হলো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! ‘হারাজ’ কি? তিনি বলেন, গণহত্যা।[1] সহীহ।

Narrated Abu Hurairah :The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: The time will become short, knowledge will be decreased, civil strife (fitan) will appear, niggardliness will be case into people's heart, and harj will be prevalent. He was asked: Messenger of Allah! what is it: He replied: Slaughter, slaughter

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُفَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَسْوَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ زَادَ فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ أَتَتْهُ قُرَيْشٌ فَقَالُوا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ مَاذَا قَالَ ‏ "‏ ثُمَّ يَكُونُ الْهَرْجُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

জাবির ইবনু সামুরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে উপরের বর্ণিত হাদীস বর্ণিত। তবে এ বর্ণনায় আছেঃ পরে যখন তিনি তার ঘরে ফিরে যান, কুরাইশদের কয়েকজন এসে তাকে প্রশ্ন করলো, তারপরে কি হবে? তিনি বললেনঃ অতঃপর বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি হবে।[1] সহীহ, তবে এ কথাটি বাদেঃ ‘‘পরে যখন তিনি তাঁর ঘরে ফিরে যান...’’। এর পূর্বেরটি দেখুন।

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Jabir b. Samurah through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:When he came back to his home. the Quraish came to him and said: Then what will happen ? He said: Then turmoil will prevail
