আহমাদ ইবন আবদুল ওয়াহিদ (রহঃ) ... সালামা ইবন নুফায়ল কিন্দী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, (একদিন) আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট বসা ছিলাম। এমন সময় এক ব্যক্তি বললেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ্! লোকেরা ঘোড়ার মর্যাদাকে ক্ষুন্ন করেছে, অস্ত্রশস্ত্র রেখে দিয়েছে এবং তারা বলছেঃ যুদ্ধ তার অস্ত্রশস্ত্র রেখে দিয়েছে (এখন আর জিহাদ নেই, জিহাদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে)। এ কথা শুনে তিনি তার প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে বললেনঃ তারা মিথ্যা বলছে। এখনই জিহাদের আদেশ এসেছে। আর সর্বদা আমার উম্মতের একদল দীনের জন্য যুদ্ধ করতে থাকবে। এখনই আল্লাহ্ তাদের জন্য লোকের অন্তর ঘুরিয়ে দেবেন। আর আল্লাহ্ তাদেরকে ওদের দ্বারা রিযিক দান করবেন কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত। আল্লাহ্ তা'আলা কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত ঘোড়ার ললাটের সাথে কল্যাণ ও মঙ্গলকে সম্পৃক্ত করে রেখেছেন। আমাকে এ কথা ওহী দ্বারা জানানো হয়েছে যে, অচিরেই আমাকে তুলে নেয়া হবে (ইতিকাল হবে); (চিরদিন) আমাকে রাখা হবে না। আর তোমরা আমার পরে বিভিন্ন দলে বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়বে। তোমরা একে অন্যের সাথে মারামারি কাটাকাটি করবে, আর ঈমানদারদের নিরাপদ ঠিকানা হবে শামে (সিরিয়ায়)।
It was narrated that Salamah bin Nufail Al-Kindi said:"I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah when a man said: 'O Messenger of Allah! The people have lost interest in horses and put down their weapons, and they say there is no Jihad, and that war has ended.' The Messenger of Allah turned to face him and said: 'They are lying, now the fighting is to come. There will always be a group among my Ummah who will fight for the truth, for whom Allah will cause some people to deviate, and grant them provision from them, until the Hour begins and until the promise of Allah comes. Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection. It has been revealed to me that I am going to die and will not stay long, and you will follow me group after group, striking one another's necks. And the place of safety for the believers is Ash-Sham
মুহাম্মদ ইবন বাশার (রহঃ) ... আলী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ শেষ যুগে এমন কিছু লোক জন্ম নেবে যারা হবে অল্পবয়স্ক এবং জ্ঞানহীন। প্রকাশ্যে তারা ভাল কথা বলবে, কিন্তু ঈমান তাদের গলার নীচে যাবে না। তারা ধর্ম হতে এমনভাবে বের হয়ে যাবে, যেমন তীর লক্ষ্যস্থল ভেদ করে যায়। তোমরা তাদেরকে দেখতে পেলে হত্যা করবে। কেননা তাদের হত্যা করা হলে কিয়ামতের দিন তাদের হত্যাকারীদের জন্য প্রতিদান থাকবে।
It was narrated that 'Ali said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'At the end of time there will appear young people with foolish minds. Their faith will not pass through their throats, and they will go out of Islam as an arrow goes through the target. If you meet them, then kill them, for killing them will bring reward to the one who killed them on the Day of Resurrection
আমর ইবন ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ... আওযায়ী (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, উমর ইবন আবদুল আযীয (রহঃ) উমর ইবন ওয়ালীদকে লিখলেনঃ তোমার পিতার খুমুসের অংশ সম্পূর্ণই তোমার। কিন্তু প্রকৃতপক্ষে তোমার পিতার অংশ মুসলিমদের এক ব্যক্তির অংশের সমান ছিল। আর তাতে আল্লাহর এবং রাসূলের, নিকটাত্মীয়দের, ইয়াতীমদের, মিসকীনদের এবং মুসাফিরদের হক ছিল, চিন্তা করে দেখ কিয়ামতের দিন তোমার পিতার কাছে দাবিদার কত বেশি হবে? আর যার বিরুদ্ধে এত অধিক দাবিদার হবে, তার নিস্তার কিভাবে হবে? আর তুমি যে বাদ্যযন্ত্র ও সেতার বের করেছ, তা তোমরা ইসলামে বিদআত। আমি স্থির করেছি তোমার নিকট এমন এক ব্যক্তিকে পাঠাব, যে তোমার মাথার লম্বা বাবড়ি সমান করে কেটে দেবে।
It was narrated that Al-Awza'i said:"Umar bin 'Abdul-'Aziz wrote a letter to 'Umar bin Al-Walid in which he said: 'The share that your father gave to you was the entire Khumus,[1] but the share that your father is entitled to is the same as that of any man among the Muslims, on which is due the rights of Allah and His Messenger, and of relatives, orphans, the poor and wayfarers. How many will dispute with your father on the Day of Resurrection! How can he be saved who has so many disputants? And your openly allowing musical instruments and wind instruments is an innovation in Islam. I was thinking of sending someone to you who would cut off your evil long hair
