Abdullah bin Marwan told us, on the authority of Artat, on the authority of Tabi’, on the authority of Ka’b, who said: “There are three trials that will occur in the Levant: the trial of bloodshed, the trial of severing ties of kinship and the plundering of money, then followed by the trial of the Maghreb, which is blindness.”
