وحدثنا نعيم قال: ثنا الوليد، عن الأوزاعي، عن حسان بن عطية، عن كعب، قال
يحضر الملحمة الكبرى اثنا عشر ملكا من ملوك الأعاجم، أصغرهم ملكا وأقلهم جنودا صاحب الروم، ولله تعالى في اليمن كنزان، جاء بأحدهما يوم اليرموك، كانت الأزد يومئذ ثلث الناس، ويجيء بالآخر يوم الملحمة العظمى، سبعون ألفا، حمائل سيوفهم المسد
English
Twelve Persian kings are attending the great epic, the youngest of whom is a king and the least of whom are soldiers is the ruler of the Romans.
