لا يخرج الدجال حتى تفتح القسطنطينية
The Dajjal will not emerge until Constantinople is conquered
حدثنا ابن وهب، عن عاصم بن حكيم، عن عمر بن عبد الله، عن كعب، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
يأتيهم الخبر أن الدجال قد خرج بعد فتحهم القسطنطينية، فينصرفون، فلا يجدونه، ثم لا يلبثون إلا قليلا حتى يخرج
The news comes to them that the Dajjal has left after they conquered Constantinople, so they leave but do not find him. They only stay for a short time until he leaves.
حدثنا رديح بن عطية، عن يحيى بن أبي عمرو، عن كعب، قال
يفتتحون القسطنطينية، فيأتيهم خبر الدجال، فيخرجون إلى الشام، فيجدونه لم يخرج، ثم قلما يلبث حتى يخرج
They conquer Constantinople, and news of the Dajjal comes to them, so they go out to the Levant, and find that he has not left, and then it is not long before he leaves.
