قال صفوان: وأخبرني أبو الزاهرية، عن كعب، قال: «لا تزالوا بخير ما لم يركب أهل الجزيرة أهل قنسرين، وأهل قنسرين أهل حمص، فإذا كان ذلك فحينئذ تكون الجفلة، ويفزع الناس إلى دمشق»

You will still be fine as long as the people of the Peninsula do not ride with the people of Qinnasrin, and the people of Qinnasrin ride with the people of Homs. If that happens, then there will be panic, and the people will flee to Damascus.
