حدثنا ابن عيينة، عن عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن صفية، قالت: " تزلزلت المدينة على عهد عمر، وابن عمر قائم لا يشعر، حتى اصطفقت السرر، فلما أصبح عمر رضي الله عنه قال: يا أيها الناس، ما أسرع ما أحدثتم " قال ابن عيينة: وفي غير حديث نافع: لئن عادت لأخرجن من بين أظهركم

ইবনে উয়ায়না আমাদেরকে উবায়দ আল্লাহর সূত্রে, নাফির সূত্রে, সাফিয়ার সূত্রে বলেছেন: "উমরের শাসনামলে শহরটি কেঁপে উঠেছিল, এবং ইবনে উমর কোন অনুভূতি ছাড়াই দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন, যতক্ষণ না শয্যাগুলি সারিবদ্ধ ছিল, এবং যখন উমর (রাঃ) তাঁর সাথে সারিবদ্ধ হয়েছিলেন, তখন তিনি বললেন: হে লোকেরা কত দ্রুত সারিবদ্ধ হয়েছ। ইবনে উয়াইনাহ বলেন, নাফি ছাড়া অন্য একটি হাদিসে আছে: যদি তা ফিরে আসে, তবে আমাকে তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে বহিষ্কার করা হবে।

Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Safiyya, who said: “The city shook during the reign of Umar, and Ibn Umar stood without feeling, until the beds were aligned, and when Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) became lined up, he said: O people, how quickly you have done something new.” Ibn Uyaynah said: And in a hadith other than Nafi’: If it returns, I will be expelled from among you.
