حدثنا بقية، عن صفوان، عن شريح بن عبيد، عن كعب،: " لتستصعبن الأرض بأهلها حتى تكون أصعب من ظهر البرذون الصعب، ثم تميل بكم ميلة فتعتقون أرقاءكم، ثم تسكن زمانا، ثم يندم من أعتق، ثم تميل ميلة أخرى، حتى يقول القائل: ربنا نعتق نعتق، فيقول الله تعالى: كذبتم، بل أنا أعتق "

Baqiyya told us, on the authority of Safwan, on the authority of Shurayh ibn Ubaid, on the authority of Ka’b: “You will make the land difficult with its people until it becomes more difficult than the hard back of a bardhuan, then it will move towards you and you will free your slaves, then it will be calm for a period, then the one who freed will regret it, then it will shift another slope, until the one who says: Our Lord, we free, we will free, then Allah Almighty says: You lied, but I will free.”

বাকিয়া আমাদেরকে বলেছেন, সাফওয়ানের সূত্রে, শুরাইহ ইবনে উবাইদের সূত্রে, কাবের সূত্রে: “তুমি তার লোকদের সাথে জমিকে কঠিন করে তুলবে যতক্ষণ না তা বর্ধুয়ানের শক্ত পিঠের চেয়েও কঠিন হয়ে যায়, তারপর তা তোমার দিকে অগ্রসর হবে এবং তুমি তোমার ক্রীতদাসদের মুক্ত করবে, তারপর তা শান্ত হবে যে একজনকে মুক্ত করবে, তারপর অন্যকে মুক্ত করবে। ঢাল, যতক্ষণ না যে বলে: আমাদের প্রভু, আমরা স্বাধীন, আমরা মুক্ত করব, তখন আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেন: আপনি মিথ্যা বলেছেন, কিন্তু আমি মুক্ত করব।
