حدثنا نعيم ثنا أبو معاوية، ثنا عبيد الله بن الوليد الوصافي، عن عطية، عن ابن عمر، في قوله تعالى: " {وإذا وقع القول عليهم أخرجنا لهم دابة من الأرض تكلمهم} [النمل: 82] قال: إذا لم يأمروا بالمعروف، ولم ينهوا عن المنكر "
