Abu Muawiyah told us, Al-Sibani narrated to us, on the authority of Ammar bin Al-Mughirah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: “The mosques were renewed due to the descent of Jesus, son of Mary, and he would break the cross, kill the pig, and impose the jizya. Then he turned around and saw me as one of the newest people and said: O son of my brother, if you meet him, send him my greetings from me.”

Abu Omar told us, on the authority of Ibn Lahi’ah, on the authority of Abdul Wahhab bin Hussein, on the authority of Muhammad bin Thabit, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet (may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him) who said: “When the Dajjal reaches the obstacle of awakening, his shadow will fall upon the Muslims, and they will strain their bows to fight him, and they will hear a call: O people, relief has come to you, and they have become weak from hunger, so they say: This is the speech of a full man. They hear that call. Three times, and the earth shines with its light, and Jesus, son of Mary, and the Lord of the Kaaba, descends, and calls: O community of Muslims, thank your Lord, glorify Him, glorify Him, and glorify Him. They do so, and they stay ahead of themselves. They want to flee, and they hasten, so Allah narrows the earth for them if they reach the gate of Lyd in half an hour. They agree with Jesus, son of Mary, who has descended at the gate of Lyd. Then, when he looks at Jesus, he says: Establish the prayer. The Dajjal will say: O Prophet of Allah, it has been established. Prayer, Jesus says: O enemy of Allah, it has been established for you, so a chapter comes, and when he comes forward to pray, Jesus says: O enemy of Allah, you claimed that you are the Lord of the worlds, so why did you pray? Then he strikes him with a gong that he had and kills him, and not one of his supporters remains under something or behind him except that he calls out: O believer, this is an impostor, so kill him.

Abd al-Razzaq told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of al-Zuhri, Amr ibn Abi Sufyan al-Thaqafi told me that a man from the Ansar told him, on the authority of some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him), on the authority of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him) who said: “While the Muslims in the Levant were besieged by the Dajjal in one of its mountains, wanting to kill the Dajjal, when darkness overtook them in which no one could see his hand, and the son of Mary would descend and lose sight of them. And among the most prominent of them is a man against his nation, and they say: Who are you, O servant of Allah? He says: I am the servant of Allah and His Messenger, and His spirit and His word, Jesus, son of Mary. They chose between one of three: between Allah Almighty sending a torment from the sky upon the Dajjal and his soldiers, or causing them to collapse into the earth, or placing your weapons on them, and stopping their weapons. Then they say: This, O Messenger of Allah, will heal our chests and our souls. He said: Then on that day he will see the great, tall, corroded Jew. When he sees the Son of Mary, the Dajjal melts, and his sword hand does not diminish from the trembling, so they descend upon them, and the Dajjal melts when he sees the son of Mary, just as bullets melt until he reaches him or Jesus overtakes him and kills him.”

Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it." Abu Huraira added "If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): -- 'And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them." (4.159) (See Fath-ul-Bari, Page 302 Vol)

Al-Zuhri said: On the authority of Nafi’, the servant of Abu Qatada, on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him) said: “How will you be if the son of Maryam descends upon you and leads you, or he says: Your imam is from among you?”

By the One in whose hand is my soul,

The son of Mary will descend as a guiding and just imam. When he descends, he breaks the cross, kills the pig, and imposes the tribute, and the religion will be one, and security will be established in the land, so that the lion will be with the cows, and they will think that he is their bull, and the wolf will be with the sheep, and they will think that he is their dog, and the birthmark of every living creature will be removed, until a man steps on the head of a sheep and does not harm him, and until the slave girl acknowledges the lion as she acknowledges the child of a small dog, and an Arabian horse is worth twenty dirhams.

The Hour will not come until Jesus, son of Mary, descends as a just Imam and a just ruler, and Quraysh blackmails the emirate, and the pig is killed, and the cross is broken, and the tribute is imposed, and the prostration is one and the same to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and war takes its burdens, and the earth is filled with peace as a vessel is filled with water, and the earth is like a flask of paper, and hostility, enmity, and hatred are removed, and the wolf is among the sheep as its dog, and the lion is among the camels as if they were their calf.

An Arabian horse will be worth twenty dirhams, and a bull will do such and such, and the earth will return to its state in the era of Adam (peace be upon him), and the harvest will be eaten by a number of people, and a pomegranate will be eaten by a number of people.

Abu Muawiyah told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Khaythamah, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, who said: “Jesus, son of Mary, will descend, and when the Dajjal sees him, he melts like fat melts, and he kills the Dajjal, and the Jews disperse from him, to the point that the stone says: O Muslim servant of Allah, this is a Jew with me, so come and kill him.”

Damra told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Amr Al-Sibani, on the authority of Ka’b, who said: “The Dajjal will besiege the believers in the Holy House, and they will be afflicted with severe hunger, until they eat the strings of their bows out of hunger. While they were in that state, they heard a voice in the sink, and they said: This is the voice of a full man. He said: Then they look, and there is Jesus, son of Mary. So the prayer was established, and that man would lead them in that prayer. He said: Then Jesus will be an Imam after him.”

How can a nation perish, of which I am the first and Christ is the last?

Jesus, son of Mary, performs ten proofs, giving the believers good news of their ranks in Paradise

I was informed that

Naim told us, Abu Omar told us, on the authority of Ibn Lahi’ah, on the authority of Abdul Wahhab bin Hussein, on the authority of Muhammad bin Thabit, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet (may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him) who said: “When Jesus, son of Mary, descends and kills the Dajjal, enjoy until they come on the night the sun rises from the west, and until they enjoy forty years after the animal has left, and no one dies or gets sick, and the man says to his sheep and animals: Go and graze in Such-and-such place, and come at such-and-such an hour, and the cattle pass between the two crops without eating an ear of it, nor breaking a stick with their hooves, and snakes and scorpions are visible and do not harm anyone, and no one harms them, and seven hundred muds are at the gates of houses, they are filled with rain and do not harm anyone.

Jesus, son of Mary, will remain for forty years

We find in the Torah that Jesus, son of Mary, is buried with Muhammad, may Allah bless them both

Narrated Abu Hurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (ﷺ). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Dajjal and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him

Mu'tamar bin Sulaiman told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Adam, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: “Jesus, son of Mary, will remain on earth for forty years. If he had said to al-Batha’, ‘Drain honey,’ she would have asked for honey.” Na’im said:

Jesus, son of Mary, will remain for forty years after his death

Abu Ayyub told us, on the authority of Artat, on the authority of Abu Amir, he told him on the authority of Tabi’, he said: “When Jesus, son of Mary, kills the Dajjal, Allah Almighty will inspire him to go you and the believers with you to Al-Tur, for my servants have gone out and no one can stand them except me, and the believers on that day will be twelve thousand except the offspring and the women, and Gog and Magog will come out and they will descend from every direction. They will not pass over water without draining it, and water on that day will be A few have ventured at the exit of the Dajjal until they end at Lake Tiberias, and the last of them says: There was once water here. Then they approach each other and say: How long, since we have defeated the people of the earth? Come, let us fight the people of heaven. They shoot their arrows at the sky, and their arrows come back drenched in blood, and Allah sends upon them a disease called myiasis, which takes hold of their necks and Allah destroys them, until the ground stinks from their corpses until their harm reaches the believers. Where they are, the believers come to Jesus and say: Indeed, we find a wind for which we have no patience, and for which we have no energy. So Jesus calls on his Lord and the believers, and Allah sends upon them birds of prey, which carry them until they throw them on a mission from the earth, until they become like shells of their blood and fat. The people spend years gathering wood from their weapons, then they stay for seven years, then Allah sends a wind to take the souls of the believers.

I was informed that

Abd al-Razzaq told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu al-Dif, on the authority of Ka’b, who said: “If when Gog and Magog emerge, they dig so that those next to them will hear the beating of their axes. Then, when night comes, they say: Tomorrow we will open and go out, and Allah will repeat it as it was. Then they will dig so that those next to them will hear the beating of their axes. Then if night comes, they will say: Tomorrow we will open and go out, then Allah will repeat it as it was, so they will dig so that those who come next will hear it as it was. They are colored by the sound of their axes, and when night falls on the tongue of a man of them, on the third day, he says: We will go out tomorrow, Allah willing. They dig the next day and find it as they left it. They dig, then go out. The first group of them passes by Lake Tiberias and drinks its water, then the second group and licks its mud, then the third group says: There once was water here. The people flee from them, but nothing can happen to them. He said: Then they throw their arrows at The sky returns covered in blood, and they say: We have killed the people of the earth and the people of heaven. Then Jesus, son of Mary, calls upon them and says: Oh Allah, we have no power over them, nor do we have any power, so suffice them with whatever you want. Then Allah will set upon them animals called gnats, which will peck at their necks, and Allah will send birds that will seize them with their beaks and throw them into the sea, and Allah will send a spring called life, which will purify the earth and make it grow, until the pomegranate is filled with habitation. “Kaab said: And the people of the household reside.”
