Surah 17 · verse 58

وَإِن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحۡنُ مُهۡلِكُوهَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابࣰ ا شَدِيدࣰ اۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَسۡطُورࣰ ا۝٥٨

58. And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed

৫৮. আর এমন কোনো জনপদ নেই যা আমরা কিয়ামতের দিনের আগে ধ্বংস করব না অথবা যাকে কঠোর শাস্তি দেব না; এটা তো কিতাবে লিপিবদ্ধ আছে।
