Surah 39 · verse 47

وَلَوۡ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعࣰ ا وَمِثۡلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفۡتَدَوۡاْ بِهِۦ مِن سُوٓءِ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَبَدَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يَكُونُواْ يَحۡتَسِبُونَ۝٤٧

47. And if those who did wrong had all that is in the earth entirely and the like of it with it, they would [attempt to] ransom themselves thereby from the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection. And there will appear to them from Allah that which they had not taken into account

৪৭. আর যারা যুলুম করেছে, যদি যমীনে যা আছে তা সম্পূর্ণ এবং তার সাথে এর সমপরিমাণও তাদের হয়, তবে কিয়ামতের দিন কঠিন শাস্তি হতে মুক্তিপণস্বরূপ তার সবটুকুই তারা দিয়ে দেবে এবং তাদের জন্য আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে এমন কিছু প্ৰকাশিত হবে যা তারা ধারণাও করেনি।
