In brief

A cluster of signs describing the overturning of social and moral order: when people invert the rights of parents, friends, leaders and worship, calamities follow.

Ali ibn Abi Talib narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'When my Ummah does fifteen things, calamity will befall it' - among them: that a man obeys his wife and disobeys his mother, is kind to his friend and shuns his father, voices are raised in the mosques, the leader of a people is the basest of them, and a man is honored out of fear of his evil; then let them expect a red wind, sinking of the earth, and disfigurement (Jami' at-Tirmidhi 2210-2211). Both chains are weak (through al-Faraj ibn Fadala), but much of the list is confirmed by sounder narrations.

Gradual moral signs that spread among people; no fixed position in the sequence and no bearing on dating the Hour.

Honor parents above spouse and friend, keep the mosque for remembrance, and give honor to the righteous rather than to those whose harm is feared.

The narrations do not put these in order, and many of them overlap. Sahih al-Bukhari 7121 lists several together.
