حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد العطار، عن ضرار بن عمرو، عن إسحاق بن عبد الله بن أبي فروة، عمن حدثه، عن أبي هريرة، رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
تأتيكم من بعدي أربع فتن، فالرابعة منها الصماء العمياء المطبقة، تعرك الأمة فيها بالبلاء عرك الأديم، حتى ينكر فيها المعروف، ويعرف فيها المنكر، تموت فيها قلوبهم كما تموت أبدانهم
English
After me, four trials will come to you. The fourth of them is deaf, blind, and deafening. The nation will be afflicted with afflictions that will afflict people, until goodness is denied and evil is recognized. Their hearts will die in it as their bodies die.
