The short version: the site is for reading. It does not sell data or track you across other sites.
What the site stores
Your language and light-or-dark choice are kept in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them. They never leave your device. No account is needed to read or search. Your recent searches are kept the same way, in your browser only.
Search
When you search, the words you type are sent to the server to find matching narrations, verses and pages, and to an AI model (DeepSeek) that writes a short summary from those results only. We log each search with your IP address, to limit how many AI summaries one address can request, to reuse summaries for repeated searches, and to improve the archive; we never sell or share these logs. Earlier, the Ask feature asked for a name and email; if you gave them and want them deleted, write to us through the Contact page.
Reports
When you send a report from the Contact page, we store what you wrote, the page you came from, and your IP address (to limit how many reports one address can send). A name and email are optional and used only to reply to you. Reports are read only by the editors and are never sold or shared.
Logs and hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Standard server logs (such as a request's time and a coarse location) may be kept briefly to run the service and stop abuse, then dropped. There are no advertising trackers.
