حدثنا أبو المغيرة، عن ابن عياش، عن يحيى بن أبي عمرو، عن زهير الأيلي، عن ابن عباس، رضي الله عنه، أنه مر بهم وهو يسرع بعدما أصيب بصره فتعدى، ثم قال
أين إرم؟ فكم بيني وبين السراة؟ هل لك علم بصور وقرين ولم؟ ومن هو؟ لكأني أنظر إلى الفساطيط في آخر الزمان كأمثال النجوم حول إرم، وإن خير منازل المسلمين يومئذ وأرفقه بهم لصور وقرين
