کتاب الفتن · نُعیم بن حماد

If you see in the Levant white palaces with their heads towards the sky, and trees planted in them that were not planted in the time of Noah, then the matter has come down to you.

The head of the earth is the Levant, its wings are Egypt and Iraq, the tails are the Hijaz, and the goshawks are skinned on the tails.

The people still have a period of time until the head knocks, and if the head knocks, the people will perish, and the Levant will be devastated

The earth will be destroyed forty years before the Levant

There will be a turmoil in the Levant in which bribes and nobles will rise, then their fools and lowlifes will increase in it until their leaders will be enslaved as they used to enslave them before that.

Ibn al-Mubarak and Abd al-Razzaq told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of a man, on the authority of Sa`id ibn al-Musayyab, who said: “There will be strife in the Levant whenever it calms on one side or the other, and it will not stop until a caller calls from the sky: Your prince is so-and-so.”

If the strife of Palestine erupts, it will be repeated in the Levant, like the water in the water bottle, and then it will clear up when it clears up, and you will regret it a few times.

Muhammad bin Muhajir said, and Al-Junaid bin Maimun told me, on the authority of Safwan bin Amr, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: “The fourth trial is blind and dark, passing through the sea. Someone says: Mh Mh, and they do not patch it on one side except that it splits on one side. A man in it becomes a believer and comes in the evening an unbeliever, and no one is saved from it except one who prays like the supplication of drowning in the sea. It lasts for twelve years. It clears up when it clears, and the Euphrates has receded from a mountain of gold, so they fight over it until seven out of every nine are killed.

Did anything come to you from Khorasan? Did anything come to you from the Levant? As for the daughters of Al-Alaa bin Ziyad, who will take them out of the Levant? We used to say that there will be a trial in the Levant

There will be a trial in the Levant in which their women and nobles will rise, then only a few will come to it until their fools and lowlifes rise up in it until they enslave their women as they used to enslave them before that.

If you see the Levant, its affairs have gathered around Ibn Abi Sufyan, then join Mecca

If a trial from the West and another from the East meet, and they meet in the interior of the Levant, then the interior of the earth will be better on that day than its surface.

The first devastation will be in Egypt and Iraq, and when the construction reaches Sila, you must, O Abu Dharr, in the Levant, coordinate with them, wherever they lead you.

The land of the abode of Islam in the Levant, to which Allah drives His elite of His servants, and no one inclines to it except one who is afflicted, and no one desires it except one who is intrigued, and the eye of Allah Almighty is upon it from the first day of eternity to the last day of eternity with dew and rain. If they are incapable of money, they are not incapable of bread and water.

However, if Islam deprives the Levant and repeats it three times, Allah will lead to it the elite of His servants. No one will go to it, desiring it, except one who is afflicted, and no one will turn away from it, desiring it, except one who is intrigued. And the eye of Allah Almighty will be upon it from the first day of eternity to the last day of eternity, with dew and rain, and if its people are incapable of money, they will not be incapable of bread and water.

Abdullah bin Marwan told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abdullah Al-Amri, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, on the authority of Hudhayfah bin Al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said to a people from the people of Egypt: “If a letter comes to you from the East reading to you: From Abdullah, Commander of the Faithful, then wait for another letter to come to you from the West, reading to you: From Abdullah Abdul Rahman, Commander of the Faithful. By the One in whose hand is Hudhayfah’s soul, you and they will fight at the bridge, and he will expel you from the land of Egypt and the land of The Levant is blasphemy, blasphemy, and the Arab woman will be sold on the steps of Damascus for twenty-five dirhams.”

Abdullah bin Marwan told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ka’b, who said: “If a man from the Abbasids called Abdullah reigns, and he is the one with the Eye of the Hereafter among them, with it they open it and with it they seal it, then he is the key to the sword of annihilation. If a letter is read for him in the Levant: From Abdullah Abdullah Commander of the Faithful, you will soon be informed of a letter that has been read on the pulpit of Egypt: From Abdullah Abdul Rahman Commander of the Faithful. If that happens, the people of the East and the people of the West will rush to the Levant as a betting horse, seeing that the kingship will not be fulfilled. Except for those who control the Levant, everyone says: Whoever conquers it has captured the kingdom.”

The ruler of Morocco, Bani Marwan, and Qada'ah are gathered under the black banners in the heart of the Levant

If Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman comes to you from Morocco, you and they will fight at the bridge, and there will be seventy thousand dead among you, and they will expel you from the land of Egypt and the land of the Levant in blasphemy, and they will sell the Arab woman on the steps of Damascus for twenty-five dirhams. Then they will enter the land of Homs and stay for eighteen months, in which they will divide the money, and kill the male and female. Then an evil man will emerge against them from the canopy of the sky, and he will kill them and defeat them, until... He brings them into the land of Egypt

Your banner and the banner of your people will be covered in spots on that day, and Allah will appear over them

Abdullah bin Marwan told us, on the authority of Saeed bin Yazid al-Tanukhi, on the authority of al-Zuhri, who said: “If the black flags differ among themselves, the yellow flags come to them, and they gather in the bridge of the people of Egypt, and the people of the East and the people of the West fight seven times, and then the attack will be on the people of the East until they descend on Ramla, and something will happen between the people of the Levant and the people of the West, and the people of the West will become angry and say: We have come to support you, and then you will do what they do? between you and the people of the East, and they will plunder you, due to the scarcity of the people of the Levant on that day in their eyes. Then the Sufyani will emerge, and the people of the Levant will follow him, and he will fight the people of the East.”

The people of Homs are the most wretched of the people of the Levant with Berbers

The people of the Levant converted to Islam, and the happiest of its soldiers with the yellow banners were the people of Damascus, and the most miserable of the people of the Levant and its soldiers were the people of Homs. They will flood the Levant as water floods a water bottle.

Abu Yusuf al-Maqdisi told us, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Yazid ibn Sindi, on the authority of Ka’b, who said: “When the west appears over Egypt, the interior of the earth on that day is better than its surface for the people of the Levant. Woe to the two soldiers: the soldiers of Palestine and Jordan, and the soldiers of the land of Homs, of Berbers striking with their swords at a door for perfume, and the companion of the west is a lame man from Kinda.”

If the zero flags reach Egypt, then flee across the earth as best you can. If you hear that they have descended on the Levant, which is the navel, then if you are able to seek a ladder in the sky or a tunnel in the earth, then do so.
