They will be destroyed if they disagree among themselves. The first sign of the cessation of their rule is a disagreement between them. The people will continue to be well in prosperity as long as the rule of the Abbasids is not ended. If their rule is ended, they will continue to be in turmoil until the Mahdi arises.

The last sign of the demise of the rule of the Banu Abbas are three kings among them who succeed one another. Their names are the names of the prophets. They will not exceed them after these kings. The duration of the Banu Abbas among these three kings is forty years. If you see differences among them, and a group of Banu Hashim gathered between the two rivers, and the mandate of a man from the Banu Abbas towards the west, and the clashing of the black flags, and zeroing in the navel of the Levant, and the killing of the governor of Egypt, and the prevention of its tax, then it is a sign of the interruption of their period.

The Sufyani will fight the Turks, then their eradication will be at the hands of the Mahdi, and it is the first brigade that the Mahdi will convene and send to the Turks.

In the time of the second Sufyani, the character was distorted, he was guided in the Levant until every people thought that he would be the ruin of what came next to them.

If the yellow and black flags clash in the center of Syria, then woe to its inhabitants from the defeated army, then woe to them from the defeated army, and woe to them from the disfigured and accursed.

Al-Azhar bin Al-Kalbiyyah enters Kufa and is afflicted with an ulcer. He emerges from it and dies on the way. Al-Hakam bin Nafi’ told us, on the authority of Jarrah, on the authority of Artat, who said: “If the Turks and the Romans meet, and a village in Damascus is eclipsed, and a group to the west of its mosque falls, three flags will be raised in the Levant: Al-Aqba’, Al-Ashab, and Al-Sufyani. A man will be besieged in Damascus and he will be killed and those with him, and two men from Banu Abi Sufyan will come out, and the victory will be for the second. If Al-Aqba’s army arrives from Egypt, Al-Sufyani will appear on them with his army, and the Turks will be killed. And the Romans in Qarqisia until the lions of the earth are satisfied with their meat.”

Al-Sufyani kills everyone who disobeys him, saws them and grinds them with pots for six months, and the two Easts and the two Wests meet.

If a city is built on the Euphrates, then it is Naqf and Naqaf, and if a city is built six miles from Damascus, then it is Hazma for the epics.

Al-Sufyani enters Kufa and takes it captive for three days, and kills sixty thousand of its people. Then he stays there for eighteen nights, dividing its wealth. He enters Kufa after fighting the Turks and Romans in Qirqisa. Then he splits a gap on them from behind them, and a group of them returns to Khurasan. He kills the horses of Al-Sufyani and demolishes the forts until he enters Kufa. He seeks the people of Khurasan, and a people calling for the Mahdi will appear in Khurasan. Then he sends Al-Sufyani to Medina. Then he takes a group of people from the family of Muhammad until he returns them to Kufa, then Al-Mahdi and Mansour leave Kufa on the run, and Al-Sufyani sends in search of them. When Al-Mahdi and Mansour reach Mecca, the Sufyani’s army descends on Al-Bayda and overwhelms them. Then Al-Mahdi goes out until he passes through Medina and rescues those who were in it from Bani Hashim. The black flags come forward until they descend on the water, and the Sufyani’s companions in Kufa inform of their landing and they flee, then he descends on Kufa to rescue those in it from Bani Hashim, and a people called the Asab emerge from the black of Kufa. They have no weapons except a few, and among them is a group of the people of Basra. They overtake the companions of the Sufyani and rescue what is in their hands from the captives of Kufa, and the black banners send out the pledge of allegiance to the Mahdi.

None of them will be saved except one man. Allah will turn his face to the back of his head, and he will walk as if he were level before his hands

Al-Hakam bin Nafi told us ، About Jarrah ، About Artaat ، He said: “Al-Sakhri enters Kufa ، Then he will be informed of the appearance of the Mahdi in Mecca ، Then a delegation will be sent to him from Kufa ، It will be destroyed and none of them will be saved except a herald of the Mahdi ، A rocky portent ، The Mahdi will arrive from Mecca ، Al-Sakhri is from Kufa towards the Levant ، As if they were betting horses ، It is preceded by rocky ، Then another mission will be sent from the Levant to the Mahdi ، They will meet the Mahdi in the land of Hijaz ، They pledge allegiance to him as a pledge of guidance ، They continue with him until they reach the border of the Levant, which is between the Levant and the Hijaz ، And he resides there ، And it is said to him: Execute ، He hated Hijaz and said: Write to my cousin ، If he abandons his obedience, then I am your friend ، When the letter reached Al-Sakhri, he handed it over to him and pledged allegiance ، The Mahdi walked until he came to Jerusalem ، The Mahdi will not leave a portion of the land in the hands of a man from the Levant without returning it to the people of the Dhimmah ، He returned all Muslims to jihad ، He stays there for three years ، Then a man emerges from a dog called Kinana ، A planet helps him among a group of his people ، Until Al-Sakhri comes and says: We pledged allegiance to you and supported you, so that when you took power, you pledged allegiance to our enemy? Let them go out and fight ، He says: Who should I take out? He says: There is no longer an Amriya whose mother is older than you unless she joins you ، And no one with a shoe or a hoof will leave you behind ، He leaves and all of Amer leaves with him ، Until Besan comes down ، Al-Mahdi sends a banner to them ، The greatest banner in the time of the Mahdi was one hundred men ، They descend on Abraham's father ، So she describes her horses, her men, her camels, and her sheep ، If the two horses gloat ، Her dog is gone ، He took the stone and slaughtered it on the Safa, which lies on the face of the earth, near the church which is in the depths of the valley at the end of the stairs of Tur Zeta ، The bridge to the right of the valley on Al-Safa, which crosses the face of the earth ، It is slaughtered just as a sheep is slaughtered ، The one who is disappointed is the one who is disappointed on a dog’s day ، Until the virgin slave girl is sold for eight dirhams.”

He pledges allegiance to him, then the Mahdi returns to Mecca for three years, then a man emerges from a dog, and those who were in the land of Aram are forced out, so he marches to the Mahdi to Jerusalem with twelve thousand, and he takes Sufyani and kills him at the Gate of Jiron.

The first brigade that the Mahdi will convene is that he will send it to the Turks and defeat them, and take their captives and wealth, then he will go to the Levant and conquer it, then he will free every slave with him and give their companions their value.

Al-Mahdi is sixty years old

The Mahdi will remain for forty years

At the hands of that Yamani Caliph, and during his rule, Rome was conquered

The Mahdi will descend in Bayt al-Maqdis, then there will be caliphs from his family after him, their term will be prolonged, and they will be arrogant until the people pray against the Banu Abbas and the Banu Umayyad from what they receive from them.

His life will be long, he will be arrogant, his veil will become tight at the end of his time, and his wealth and the wealth of his will increase, until he becomes as fat as the rest of the Muslims, and he will extinguish our previously known traditions, and he will innovate things that were not, and he will commit adultery and drink alcohol openly. He will frighten scholars to the point that a man will ride his camel and then go to Egypt from the regions where he will not find a man to speak to him with a knowledgeable hadith, and Islam will be strange in his time, as it began to be strange, on that day. The one who adheres to his religion is like one holding a burning ember, until it becomes his command to send a slave girl who arrives in the markets wearing blankets of gold, meaning socks, and with her a condition, that she must wear clothing that does not cover her, coming and going, and if a man says a word about that, I will strike his neck.

In his time, there will be trembling, distortion, and collapse. The beginning of his time is for you, O people of Yemen, and the end of it is upon you, until he orders the expulsion of the people of Yemen, the Levant, and Al-Hamra, and they go out, until they end up at the outskirts of the countryside from where they were expelled.

So they gathered and looked to whom they would pledge allegiance to, and while they were there, when they heard a voice said by neither a human nor a jinn, they pledged allegiance to so-and-so in his name, neither of any kind, but of a Yemeni caliph.
