Mention of the First to Come Out of Hellfire and Enter Paradise

এবং মহান আল্লাহর বাণী: {অতএব যারা দুর্ভাগা হয়েছে তারা তো থাকবে আগুনে, সেখানে তাদের জন্য থাকবে আর্তনাদ ও চিৎকার। তারা সেখানে স্থায়ী হবে যতদিন আসমানসমূহ ও জমিন বিদ্যমান থাকবে, তবে তোমার প্রতিপালক যা ইচ্ছা করেন। নিশ্চয় তোমার প্রতিপালক যা চান তা-ই বাস্তবায়নকারী।} [হুদ: ১০৬-১০৭]。

And the saying of Allah, the Exalted: {As for those who were wretched, they will be in the Fire, where there will be for them groaning and wailing. They will abide therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord wills. Indeed, your Lord is an effector of what He intends.} [Hud: 106-107].

ইবনে জারীর এবং অন্যান্য মুফাসসিরগণ এই আয়াতের ওপর বিশদ ও দীর্ঘ আলোচনা করেছেন, এবং সাহাবায়ে কেরাম থেকে কিছু বিরল আসার বর্ণিত হয়েছে, আর কতিপয় বিস্ময়কর বর্ণনাও উদ্ধৃত হয়েছে। কিন্তু এ বিষয়ে আলোচনার স্থান এটি নয়, অন্য স্থানে এর পর্যালোচনা রয়েছে, আর আল্লাহ সর্বাধিক জ্ঞানী ও প্রজ্ঞাময়।

Indeed, Ibn Jarir and other commentators of the Qur'an have spoken at great length regarding this verse, expounding upon it, and strange narrations have been transmitted from the Companions, as well as astonishing reports. However, the discussion of that belongs in another place, and this is not its proper context, and Allah knows best and is the Wisest.

ইমাম আহমদ বলেন: ইবরাহীম ইবনে ইসহাক আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, ইবনুল মুবারক আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, আমর ইবনে মুহাম্মদ ইবনে যাইদ থেকে, আমার পিতা আমার নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন, ইবনে উমর (রা.) থেকে, তিনি বলেন: রাসুলুল্লাহ (ﷺ) বলেছেন:

Imam Ahmad said: Ibrahim ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Muhammad ibn Zayd, my father narrated to me, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"যখন জান্নাতবাসীরা জান্নাতে এবং জাহান্নামবাসীরা জাহান্নামে চলে যাবে, তখন মৃত্যুকে আনা হবে এবং জান্নাত ও জাহান্নামের মাঝে দাঁড় করানো হবে। অতঃপর তা যবাই করা হবে। এরপর এক ঘোষণাকারী ঘোষণা করবেন: 'হে জান্নাতবাসী! অনন্ত জীবন, আর কোনো মৃত্যু নেই; এবং হে জাহান্নামীরা! অনন্ত জীবন, আর কোনো মৃত্যু নেই।' ফলে জান্নাতবাসীদের আনন্দের ওপর আনন্দ বৃদ্ধি পাবে এবং জাহান্নামবাসীদের দুঃখের ওপর দুঃখ বৃদ্ধি পাবে।"

"When the people of Paradise become settled in Paradise and the people of the Fire in the Fire, death will be brought until it is placed between Paradise and the Fire. Then it will be slaughtered, and a caller will proclaim: 'O people of Paradise, eternity and no death! And O people of the Fire, eternity and no death!' Thereupon, the people of Paradise will increase in joy upon their joy, and the people of the Fire will increase in grief upon their grief."

And likewise al-Bukhari narrated it: from Mu'adh ibn Asad, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak, through it, similar to it. And Ahmad said: Hassan ibn al-Rabi' al-Mawsili narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Asim ibn Bahdalah, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"সাদা-কালো রঙের একটি ভেড়ার আকৃতিতে মৃত্যুকে উপস্থিত করা হবে এবং তা জান্নাত ও জাহান্নামের মাঝে দাঁড় করানো হবে। এরপর সে আহ্বান করে বলবে: 'হে..."

"Death will be brought in the form of a black-and-white ram and placed between Paradise and the Fire. Then he will call out: 'O people..."
