Mention of What Has Been Related Regarding the Number of Its Gates, Their Vastness, and the Grandeur of Its Gardens

"কোনো মুসলিমের এমন তিনটি সন্তান যদি মারা যায় যারা এখনও বালেগ হয়নি, তবে তারা জান্নাতের আটটি দরজায় তার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করবে; সে যে দরজা দিয়ে ইচ্ছা প্রবেশ করবে।" ইবনে মাজাহ-ও এটি আবু নুমাইর থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন।

"No Muslim has three children pass away who have not reached the age of puberty, except that they will meet him at the eight gates of Paradise, entering from whichever of them he wishes." Ibn Majah also narrated it from Abu Numayr.

Al-Bayhaqi narrated from the hadith of al-Walid ibn Muslim, from Safwan ibn 'Amr, from Abu al-Muthanna al-Mulayki, that he heard 'Utbah ibn 'Abdullah al-Sulami narrating from the Prophet (ﷺ), in a hadith he mentioned regarding the fighting of the sincere believer, the sinner, and the hypocrite, wherein he said: "And Paradise has eight gates; and indeed, the sword is an eraser of sins, and it erases hypocrisy."

...হাদিসটি পূর্ণরূপে বর্ণিত হয়েছে। আর পূর্বে আবু জুরআ-র সূত্রে আবু হুরায়রা (রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু) থেকে বর্ণিত শাফাআতের মুত্তাফাক আলাইহ (সহিহাইনভুক্ত) হাদিসটি গত হয়েছে, যাতে তিনি বলেছেন:

...mentioning the hadith in its entirety. And the agreed-upon hadith has been mentioned previously from the narration of Abu Zur'ah, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), regarding the hadith of intercession, in which he said:

"অতঃপর আল্লাহ বলবেন: 'হে মুহাম্মদ! আপনার উম্মতের মধ্য থেকে যাদের কোনো হিসাব নেই, তাদের ডান পাশের দরজা দিয়ে প্রবেশ করান; আর তারা অন্য দরজাগুলোতেও অন্যান্য মানুষের সাথে শরিক থাকবে।' সেই সত্তার কসম, যাঁর হাতে মুহাম্মদের প্রাণ! জান্নাতের দরজার দুই কপাটের মধ্যবর্তী দূরত্ব, অথবা দরজার দুই বাজুর মধ্যবর্তী দূরত্ব, মক্কা ও হাজারের মধ্যবর্তী দূরত্বের মতো, কিংবা মক্কা ও বুসরার মধ্যবর্তী দূরত্বের মতো।"

"Then Allah will say: 'O Muhammad! Admit those of your Ummah who have no reckoning through the right gate, and they will share with the rest of the people in the other gates.' By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the distance between the two doorposts of the gates of Paradise, or between the two sideposts of the door, is like the distance between Makkah and Hajar, or like the distance between Makkah and Busra."

সহিহ মুসলিমে খালিদ ইবনে উমাইর আল-আদাভী থেকে বর্ণিত যে, উতবাহ ইবনে গাজওয়ান তাদেরকে লক্ষ্য করে খুতবা দেন। তিনি আল্লাহর প্রশংসা ও গুণগান করার পর বলেন:

In Sahih Muslim, it is narrated from Khalid ibn 'Umayr al-'Adawi that 'Utbah ibn Ghazwan addressed them, saying, after praising and extolling Allah:

"অতঃপর: নিশ্চয়ই দুনিয়া বিদায়ের বার্তা ঘোষণা করেছে এবং দ্রুত প্রস্থান করছে। এর কেবল পাত্রের তলানিতে থাকা সামান্য অবশিষ্টাংশের মতোই অবশিষ্ট রয়েছে, যা তার মালিক ঢেলে ফেলে দেয়। নিশ্চয়ই তোমরা এই পৃথিবী থেকে এমন এক আবাসের দিকে স্থানান্তরিত হবে যার কোনো বিনাশ নেই; সুতরাং তোমাদের সর্বোত্তম আমল সহকারে সেখানে যাত্রা করো। আমাদের কাছে বর্ণিত হয়েছে যে, জান্নাতের দরজার দুই কপাটের মধ্যবর্তী ব্যবধান চল্লিশ বছরের পথ, অথচ এমন এক দিন অবশ্যই আসবে যেদিন তা মানুষের উপচে পড়া ভিড়ে কানায় কানায় পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে।"

"To proceed: Indeed, this world has announced its departure and is turning away swiftly, and nothing remains of it except a leftover drop like the dregs left in a vessel which its owner empties. Truly, you are moving from it to an abode that has no end, so depart with the best of your deeds. For it has been mentioned to us that the distance between the two doorposts of the gates of Paradise is a journey of forty years, yet a day will certainly come upon it when it will be choked with crowds."

আর মুসনাদে আহমাদে হাম্মাদ ইবনে সালামাহর সূত্রে বর্ণিত হাদিসে রয়েছে, তিনি আল-জুরায়রী থেকে, তিনি হাকীম থেকে, তিনি মুআবিয়া থেকে এবং তিনি তাঁর পিতা থেকে বর্ণনা করেন যে, রাসুলুল্লাহ (ﷺ) বলেছেন:
