The Souls of the Prophets

أما الأنبياء عليهم السلام فليس فيهم شك أن أرواحهم عند الله في أعلى عليين.

নবীগণ (আলাইহিমুস সালাম)-এর ব্যাপারে কোনো সন্দেহ নেই যে, তাঁদের রুহসমূহ আল্লাহর সান্নিধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ইল্লিয়্যীনে রয়েছে।

As for the Prophets (peace be upon them), there is no doubt that their souls are with Allah in the highest of 'Illiyyun (the Elevated Ranks).

وقد أثبت في الصحيح أن آخر كلمة تكلم بها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عند موته: "اللهم الرفيق الأعلى" 1 وكررها حتى قبض.

সহীহ হাদিসে সুপ্রমাণিত হয়েছে যে, রাসুলুল্লাহ (ﷺ)-এর ওফাতকালে তাঁর উচ্চারিত সর্বশেষ কথা ছিল: "হে আল্লাহ! সর্বোচ্চ সঙ্গীদের সান্নিধ্য (কামনা করি)", এবং ওফাত হওয়া পর্যন্ত তিনি এ কথাটি বারবার বলতে থাকেন।

It has been established in the Sahih that the last words spoken by the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at the time of his passing were: "O Allah, [with] the Highest Companionship!" and he kept repeating it until his soul was taken.

وقال رجل لابن مسعود: قبض رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فأين هو؟ قال: في الجنة.

এক ব্যক্তি ইবনে মাসউদ (রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু)-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করল: "রাসুলুল্লাহ (ﷺ) তো ওফাত বরণ করেছেন, এখন তিনি কোথায়?" তিনি বললেন: "জান্নাতে।"

A man asked Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has passed away, so where is he now?" He replied: "In Paradise."
