فصل: "محل أرواح المؤمنين سوى الشهداء"

পরিচ্ছেদ: "শহীদ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য মুমিনদের রূহের অবস্থানস্থল"

Chapter: "The Abode of the Souls of the Believers Other Than the Martyrs"

وأما بقية المؤمنين سوى الشهداء فيقسمون إلى: أهل تكليف وغير أهل تكليف فهذان قسمان.

আর শহীদ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য মুমিনদের দুই ভাগে বিভক্ত করা যায়: শরীয়তের বিধিবিধানের আওতাভুক্ত (মুকাল্লাফ) ব্যক্তি এবং শরীয়তের বিধিবিধানের আওতাভুক্ত নয় (গায়রে মুকাল্লাফ) এমন ব্যক্তি; সুতরাং এরা দুটি দল।

As for the rest of the believers other than the martyrs, they are divided into: those who were legally accountable (mukallaf) and those who were not legally accountable (ghayr mukallaf); thus, these are two categories.

أحدهما: غير أهل التلكيف: كأطفال المؤمنين.

তার মধ্যে একটি হলো: যারা শরীয়তের বিধানের আওতাভুক্ত নয়, যেমন মুমিনদের অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক সন্তানসন্ততি।

One of them is those who were not legally accountable, such as the children of the believers.

فالجمهور على أنهم في الجنة وقد حكى الإمام أحمد على ذلك الإجماع.

অধিকাংশ আলেমের মত হলো, তারা জান্নাতে অবস্থান করছে এবং ইমাম আহমাদ এ বিষয়ে আলেমদের সর্বসম্মত ঐকমত্য (ইজমা) বর্ণনা করেছেন।

The majority of scholars are of the opinion that they are in Paradise, and Imam Ahmad reported consensus (ijma') on this matter.

وقال في رواية جعفر بن محمد ليس فيهم اختلاف، يعني أنهم في الجنة.

তিনি জাফর ইবনে মুহাম্মাদের বর্ণনায় বলেছেন: "তাদের ব্যাপারে কোনো মতভেদ নেই," অর্থাৎ তারা জান্নাতেই রয়েছে।

And he said, according to the narration of Ja'far ibn Muhammad: "There is no disagreement concerning them," meaning that they are in Paradise.

وقال في رواية الميموني: لا أحد يشك أنهم في الجنة. #

এবং তিনি আল-মায়মুনীর বর্ণনায় বলেছেন: "তারা যে জান্নাতে রয়েছে, এ ব্যাপারে কেউ সন্দেহ পোষণ করে না।"

And he said, in the narration of al-Maymuni: "No one doubts that they are in Paradise."
