أترجو أمة قتلت حسينا ... شفاعة جده يوم الحساب
"যে জাতি হুসাইনকে হত্যা করেছে, তারা কি হিসাবের দিনে ... তার নানার শাফায়াত লাভের আশা পোষণ করে?"

نقله ابن حجر في "الصواعق المحرقة"، وكذا في شرح الهمزية، وزاد بقلم من حديد، فهربوا وتركوه ثم عادوا وأخذوه، ولما قدموا به على يزيد أقام الحريم على درج الجامع، حيث يقام الأسارى والسبي ، كذا في شرح "الهمزية"، ومما ظهر يوم قتل الحسين أن السماء أمطرت دما، وأن أوانيهم ملئت دما، وانكسفت الشمس، ورميت النجوم، واشتد الظلام حتى ظن الناس أن القيامة قد قامت، وأن الكواكب خربت بعضها بعضا، وأنه لم يرفع حجر إلا رؤي تحته دم عبيط، وأن الرؤوس انقلبت دما، وأن الدنيا أظلمت ثلاثة أيام .

Ibn Hajar narrated it in 'al-Sawa'iq al-Muhriqah', and likewise in Sharh al-Hamziyyah, and he added: '[written] with an iron pen, whereupon they fled and abandoned it, but later returned and took it.' And when they brought him before Yazid, he made the women of the household stand upon the steps of the grand mosque, where prisoners and captives are customarily stationed; thus it is stated in Sharh al-Hamziyyah. Among the extraordinary occurrences on the day Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) was killed was that the sky rained blood, their vessels were filled with blood, the sun was eclipsed, shooting stars were hurled, and darkness intensified to the point that people thought the Resurrection had arrived and that the celestial bodies were destroying one another. No stone was lifted without fresh blood being found beneath it, the heads turned into blood, and the world was darkened for three days.
