حدثني إبراهيم بن عبد الملك عن أبي جعفر الفراء قال كان الحسن بن صالح إذا صعد الصومعة يشرف على أهل القبور فيقول ما أحسن ظاهرك إنما الدواهي بواطنك.
ইব্রাহিম ইবনে আবদিল মালিক আমার নিকট আবু জাফর আল-ফাররা থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন, তিনি বলেন: আল-হাসান ইবনে সালিহ যখনই মিনারে আরোহণ করতেন এবং কবরবাসীদের দিকে তাকাতেন, তখন তিনি বলতেন: "তোমাদের বাহ্যিক রূপ কতই না শান্ত ও সুন্দর, অথচ তোমাদের অভ্যন্তরেই লুকিয়ে রয়েছে ভয়াবহ সব বিপদ ও বিপর্যয়!"
Ibrahim ibn 'Abd al-Malik narrated to me from Abu Ja'far al-Farra', who said: Whenever al-Hasan ibn Salih ascended the minaret and looked out over the occupants of the graves, he would say: "How pleasant is your exterior, while the gravest calamities lie within your depths!"
